let’s go on an art date

I love looking for inspiration in the world around me.

One of my favourite ways to get out of my creative box and expand my thinking is by going on an art date. The concept of an art date is nothing new, but it allows you to set time aside to step away from creating and focus on absorbing.

If you live in a city that is rich in culture, I encourage you to visit new exhibitions and gallery showcases whenever you can. I find this to be especially helpful if the exhibition features art that you’re not typically drawn to. Seeing other perspectives can be really helpful to trigger a fresh wave of creativity.

During the Summer, I was able to visit a few museums and new exhibits, and of course I wanted to bring you along, too. The first art date we’ll go on is very special to me - we’re visiting KUMU, a unique art museum in Tallinn, Estonia.
